To install using CD(s):

  1. Insert the first disc.  This should automatically initiate the installation wizard.
  2. Follow the wizard instructions using default setting.

To install manually:

1.      Insert the installation disc for QuickVerse.
2.      If the autorun installation window appears, close it.
3.      Open "My Computer" ("Computer" for Vista).
4.   Right-click on the CD-ROM icon containing the QuickVerse CD.  This will open a menu.
5.   Select 'Open".
6.   Right-click on the INSTWIN folder.  This will bring up a menu.
7.   Select "Copy".
8.   Close the CD window.
9.   Right-click your desktop (or, you can browse to any other Hard Drive location).  This will bring up a menu.
10.  Select "Paste".
If your copy of QuickVerse has only one CD, proceed to step #18 below.
11.  Once the copying has finished, insert the next disc (if your edition has multiple discs). This should initiate a window showing a folder named INSTWIN.  If a window does not automatically open, browse to "My Computer" and open your CD drive to see the folder.
12.  Open the INSTWIN folder to see the contents of it.
Note: Do not copy the entire INSTWIN folder as you did in step #6 above. You should only copy the file inside the folder on each of the multiple installation discs.
13.  Right-click on the file in the folder.  This will bring up a menu.
14.  Select "Copy".
15.  Close the CD window.
16.  Browse to the original INSTWIN folder you copied to your desktop (or other Hard Drive location).  You can simply right-click on the original INSTWIN folder.  This will bring up a menu.
17.  Select "Paste".
If your copy of QuickVerse has another CD, repeat steps 11-17 above.

18.  When copying is complete, open the INSTWIN folder you created on your desktop (or other Hard Drive location).
19.  Double-click on the installation file.  It is named qv2009, or qv2008, etc. depending on your version. This will begin the installation process.
