It's always a good idea to preview the selected output before you print it. Previewing allows you to make any necessary adjustments before you waste time and paper.
To preview the text you may want to print,
From the Home Tab, choose Print Preview. The text appears in a separate Print Preview Window.
Print Preview window
This window shows you on-screen what the item will look like when it's printed. A button bar just below the window's title bar provides the following functions:

Print - Click this button to open the Print dialog box so you can send the item to the printer. |

Page Setup - Click this button to select Paper, Headers and Footers, Orientation, and Margin options for before you print. |

Next Page/Previous Page - Use these buttons to move to the next or previous page of the item. |

One Page/Two Page - Use these buttons to toggle between viewing a single page on the screen or two smaller pages side by side. |

Zoom In/Zoom Out - Click these buttons to get a closer look at part of the item, or see more of the item in a larger context. |

Close - Click here to return to your previous location in the program. |
