Panes

Windows

QuickVerse Windows are just like the windows in other applications. Each window has a title bar, an "X" to close it, and can be dragged around the desktop.

Panes

QuickVerse Panes are areas within the desktop where windows can be docked and made permanently available. There are panes which either split the desktop between top and bottom or left and right.

NOTE

Although you can dock, undock, move, and re-dock, windows, you cannot move the Book Window into the Navigation Pane. You can also split the navigation pane into multiple panes but the Book Pane will always be part of the desktop.
