The easiest solution to most issues with QuickVerse is to reinstall the program. We advise you to follow the instructions below for a clean installation of QuickVerse 2009. |
Resolution:
To Uninstall:
1. Go into START, CONTROL PANEL, ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS.
2. Locate QuickVerse 2009 in the listing and select Uninstall.
3. Close Control Panel window.
4. To remove residual files left behind by the Windows uninstall, download and extract this ZIP file.
5. Double-click the extracted QV2009Removal.bat file.
To Reinstall:
1. Click on the Windows START button.
2. Click on RUN.
3. Enter MSCONFIG in the box.
4. Click on OK
5. Select the STARTUP tab.
6. Click the DISABLE ALL button.
7. Choose the SERVICES tab.
8. Place a checkmark next to "HIDE ALL MICROSOFT SERVICES".
9. Click the DISABLE ALL button.
10. Click on Apply.
11. Click on OK.
12. Restart computer
13. When restart is complete, begin the install.
14. Insert the QuickVerse CD and install the program normally
To Complete the Process:
1. Click on the Windows START button.
2. Click on RUN.
3. Enter MSCONFIG in the box.
4. Click on OK
5. Select the GENERAL tab.
6. Click the Normal Startup button
7. Click on Apply.
8. Click on OK.
9. Restart computer
