*Issue:*	Avoid compatibility issues with a CD/DVD drive and install from the computer Hard Drive instead.
Application:	QuickVerse (all versions from 8.0 through 2010)
Timing:	10 - 15 minutes
Notes:	In some instances, a customer experiences compatibility problems with their CD/DVD drive and the QuickVerse installation disks.

Resolution:

Refer to the Installation page of the User guide for installing manually.
