The system configuration of some customer's computers require the manual registration of the atl.dll file. We advise you to follow the instructions below to register the file. |
Resolution:
Manually Register atl.dll:
1. Windows XP: go to START>All Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt
Windows Vista: go to START>All Programs>Accessories>(Right-Click on Command Prompt and select "Run as Administrator").
2. Type in regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\atl.dll and press the Enter key. You will get a confirmation when the registration completes.
3. Insert the QuickVerse 2007 CD and install normally.
