The QuickVerse Tech Team advises you to follow the instructions below for best results in reinstalling QuickVerse Mac 2007. |
Resolution:
Manual Uninstall:
1. Open the hard drive (Mac HD).
2. Open the Application Data folder.
3. Send the QuickVerse application to the trash.
4. Click the "back" arrow button.
5. Open the Library folder.
6. Send the QuickVerse folder to the trash.
7. Open the Receipts folder.
8. Send the following files to the trash:
- book_bin.pkg (this file could also be named: QV books_bin_wht/blk/gld.pkg).
- QuickVerse.pkg
Re-Install QV:
1. Insert Disc 1 of the QuickVerse application.
2. Follow the instructions displayed by the installation wizard.
