The User Books Table of Contents (TOC) Context-Sensitive menu offers you the options to add, rename, copy, and delete Topics and Item Titles.
To add a topic or an item,

A Topic, right mouse click on one of the alphabet letters in the TOC. Select Add Topic from the menu |

An Item, right mouse click on the Topic and select Add Item from the menu. |
To rename a topic or an item,

A Topic, right mouse click on the Topic and select Rename from the menu. |

An Item, right mouse click on the Item Title and select Rename from the menu |
To copy topic or an item,

A Topic, right mouse click on the Topic and select Copy from the menu. |

An Item, right mouse click on the Item Title and select Copy from the menu |
To delete a topic or an item,
